This document has been prepared as a brief introduction to a number of the most frequently encountered Analytical Tests on Petroleum Products, in conjunction with the Index showing the time required, repeatability, reproducibility and the linearality of the result(s), it is designed to give a broad outline of the test and what the results may mean.
