In order to provide a high level of service, we administer several programs that are reviewed and upgraded regularly. Examples of some of our existing programs are as follows:

1. Field Audit Program and Refresher Courses - Our operations personnel perform unannounced inspections on our field personnel in order to monitor performance. We also hold in-house training and refresher courses on a regular basis to review the latest API and ASTM procedures as well as specific customer requirements.

2. POLARIS – Camin Cargo Control utilizes an automated operations program which is used to process job orders; verify quantities; analyze, compile, sort, validate and report all our analytical test results; and automatically prepare faxes, reports and invoices. A complete database containing vessel, terminal, shore tank and client information is maintained in order to provide our customers with precise up to date information at a moments notice. POLARIS will ensure quick and accurate access to all inspection and laboratory records and has greatly improved the efficiency of our operations and laboratory departments.

3. ISO 9001:2008 Certification - Camin Cargo Control obtained ISO Certification in 1997. A strict QA/QC Program has been in effect for many years and our ISO Certification demonstrates our continued commitment to providing our customers with the highest possible level of service.
